Breath and balance

I run small classes or one-to-ones so I can really focus on the individual needs of my pupils. Â The style of yoga I teach promotes flexibility of the spine and joints which in turn helps support the health and vitality of the body's organs. Â I work with the breath, balance and posture to help promote a feeling of calm and relaxation.
I include acupressure points and essential oils to complement the benefits of the yoga.
